The Louise Pettus Archives and Special Collections is open to the Winthrop Community and to the public for scholarly activities. Patron access is limited to the Archives' Research Area, Exhibit Area, and the classroom. To use the material, a researcher must abide by the Rules for Use of Archival Material. Patrons must also adhere to the Archives Code of Conduct Policy and User Access Policy.
The Pettus Archives facilitates access to collections and research must be conducted by the researcher. Due to personnel constraints, Archival staff cannot do research for patrons.
