The library works in collaboration with Computing and Technology Services to make a limited number of laptop computers available for semester loan to students.
Requests are processed in the order received. The library assumes equal need on the part of all students, and will not make exceptions to this process.
Laptops checked out for Fall Semester are due back on December 11, 2024 and may not be renewed.
You will receive a notice in their Winthrop e-mail when your laptop is ready for pickup.
Laptops can be picked up at the User Services Desk during posted library hours.
If you prefer to have your device shipped to you and you meet the distance requirement (at least 15 miles from campus), please indicate this in your request and provide accurate shipping information.
You will be responsible for return charges. All fees and due dates apply.
You will receive a laptop, charger, policy sheet, instructional information, and a return shipping box.
