The Book-A-Librarian service offered through Dacus Library is for students, faculty or staff who need one-on-one assistance with research. Your scheduled meeting with a librarian can take place in-person at the library, or by telephone or email.
What we can do:
> Teach you how to navigate and locate the library’s resources, such as searching for articles in research databases and
searching for print and electronic materials in the library's catalog
> Guide you to helpful citation resources
> Demonstrate how to use various software (check each librarian's profile for "technology skills")
> Teach introductory computer skills
For more information, and to schedule an appointment, please visit our Book-A-Librarian webpage.
