The Library collects children’s books to support Education majors whose practical training component includes student-teachers’ placement in schools where they learn to use children’s books as teaching tools.

The browsing collection enables students to have access to popular works without purchasing them, and includes popular books and movies. The collection consists of biographies, literature, and popular fiction spanning romance, science fiction, mystery and suspense. Donated materials are the primary source for this collection, with additional titles purchased as funds allow.
