Faculty and staff who have neither returned nor requested renewals for their materials will be billed for replacement when the items are 30 days overdue. Fees will be waived upon return of the materials in good condition, provided the library has neither withdrawn nor replaced the items.
Library Proxy Card
If a faculty member has a research, graduate or departmental assistant they would like to pick up and checkout library materials for them, the faculty member should submit a Dacus Library Proxy Card Application. The card will be sent to the faculty member via campus mail. A valid photo ID must be presented with the Library Proxy Card in order to check out materials. A proxy account will also allow the assistant to place Interlibrary Loan requests and check them out on behalf of the faculty member. Learn more about Interlibrary Loan.
